End-of-life tires from across the Kingdom and the wider Gulf become specification-grade reclaim rubber and butyl — eight grades shipped to tire manufacturers, sealing-compound formulators, footwear extruders, and industrial-belt makers from Riyadh to Rotterdam, the United States, South America, Korea, and China.

We were the first to produce recycled butyl reclaim in the Middle East — and we've been refining the discipline since. Today our material is on file with the world's top global tire majors, audited under IATF 16949 and refined heat by heat. Not a thesis paper. A working factory.

The math is simple: one tonne of reclaim displaces roughly 0.9 tonnes of virgin rubber — and the energy and emissions that went into producing it. We measure ourselves on what we keep out of the landfill, and what we keep out of the air.

Collect & sort

End-of-life tires sourced from KSA collectors and regional aggregators. Bead-wire and sidewall classification.

Shred & clean

Primary shredding to 50mm chip. Magnetic separation removes steel cord. Fiber separation by density column.

Granulate

Secondary granulation to 0.8–4.0mm crumb depending on grade target. Continuous metal-detection on the conveyor.

Devulcanize

Reactor stage — heat, pressure, and proprietary peptizer break sulfur cross-links. The heart of the operation.

Mill & finish
