A factory is only as permanent as the land beneath it.

Netaj Real Estate exists because industrial businesses need patient capital in physical form. The plant footprints, the warehouse yards, the office buildings, the staff housing — every one of them sits on land we own and manage ourselves.

That posture has shaped the portfolio: we don't flip; we hold. We build for our own operating businesses first, then for tenants who think the way we do — long horizons, full transparency, single point of contact.
