Reclaim rubber, eight grades including GR-40 and butyl.

Optical emission spectrometer on every heat. Full ADC12 element verification: Si, Cu, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ni, Sn, Pb.

Metals — physicals

Tensile and hardness verification on cast samples. Density and porosity inspection.

Process control

Furnace temperature logging, charge-recipe records, traceability from scrap intake to ingot stamp.
