Melt & refine

Rotary and reverberatory furnaces with flux injection. Skim and slag captured for downstream recovery.

Alloy & cast

Master-alloy additions to ADC12 spec. Spectro-analysis on every heat. Continuous ingot caster with traceability tags.

Certify & ship

Mill certificate per pallet, OEM-aligned packaging, and direct freight to die-casting customers across the GCC.
